Step & Tone

Mondays and Fridays from 12:10 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Check the calendar for class dates each month as they will vary.

A 50-minute cardio and strength workout that incorporates choreographed steps on an elevated platform to the rhythm of high energy music, upper body strength exercises, lower body sculpting exercises & totally body stretching. The class will use various optional exercise equipment (weights, bands, balls) to enhance the toning workout.
