Dog License

Section 91.025 of the County of Dare Code of Ordinances requires all dog owners to obtain a County dog license for the current calendar year, and keep it securely attached with the current rabies tag to the dog collar or harness.

Duck Blind License

A Duck Blind License may be issued by the Dare County Game and Wildlife Commission to applicants who meet the requirements. 

Marriage License

All of North Carolina's 100 Register of Deeds offices may issue marriage licenses to be used anywhere in the state. The license can be used immediately upon issuance and is good for 60 days. The original license must be returned to the county where it was issued.
