Cardio Drumming

Cardio drumming combines cardio exercise and drumming to the rhythm of the music in an easy but effective workout.

It’s a fun, fast-paced way to get your heart rate up, improve your rhythm, and burn calories. You don’t need to be a drummer to do it, and even more amazingly, you don’t even need drums! All ages are welcome.

All you need is a bucket, exercise ball, drumsticks, some music, and you can start drumming. All equipment is provided. Tennis shoes are required. $3/class or $15/month fee schedule. Space is limited. Call 252-475-9270 with questions.
