Yoga with Tracy

Yoga with Tracy every Monday evening from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. This Slow Flow yoga class is a fluid flow of poses using breath and awareness.  The poses vary in difficulty, but this slower pace class allows for detailed instruction and time for mindful movement, encouraging students to find a balance between effort and ease to help increase strength, flexibility and balance. This may potentially become a hybrid class but, for the time being, it is an in–person class.  Fee Schedule: by donation for volunteer instructor.
