Movement & Mobility with Mary

The mobility class is a combination of multiple methods of stretching, foam rolling, muscle pain release, and movement quality improvement. We will focus on flexibility exercises, yoga positions & stretches (yet not a yoga class) and some stability work with core strength. Appropriate for any age or fitness level. Included in the $3/class & $15/month fee.

This class with feature a substitute instructor, Mary Grindlay. Mary is one of our yoga instructors, so be sure to expect several yoga poses and techniques in this particular class this week.
