Youthful Hearts 55+ CIRCUIT

This class is specifically designed for 55 and older beginners and veteran exercisers that are looking to remain fit and active. This class offers a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, balance, flexibility, and overall quality of life. This class may incorporate body weight exercise, dumbbells, elastic bands, stability balls and chair (for support & balance). This is a low-impact aerobic senior workout program designed for all fitness levels. Proper athletic shoes required.
