Yoga w/ Lenore

Thoughtful Yoga with Lenore is intended for all levels (Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced) This class is a supportive and low impact yoga, perfect for those new to yoga, or who may be working with mobility challenges, chronic pain or injuries, or want to just slow down a little in their day. Traditional Yoga poses with attention focused on getting in and out of poses safely and using the breath to soften into each pose. Mindful body and breath awareness will start and end each class.
