Tuesday, November 12, 2024 is lock day.  Your payment must be received by 5 p.m. on Monday, November 11, 2024; otherwise your meter will be locked and your account will be charged a $50 non payment fee.

Once payment has been made you can call 252.475.5990 with a confirmation number.  Your meter will then be turned back on.  Do not turn your meter on yourself.  This may result in a tamper fee.
