Do I need a cable subscription to see the channels?
No. Although the Government and Education Channels are on Charter Cable Channel 191 and 198 respectively, the channels are streamed 24/7 over the internet and are viewable on any device.
The Government Channel provides delayed broadcast of the Town Council meetings from the towns of Duck, Southern Shores, and Kitty Hawk, as well as the Board of Commissioner meetings from the towns of Kill Devil Hills, Nags Head, and Dare County.
