Who may use the yard debris drop off center in Manteo?

The Recycling Yard located at 1018 Driftwood Drive, Manteo is intended for small residential maintenance projects around your home. All others may use the C&D Landfill located at 1603 Cub Rd, Manns Harbor. Please visit www.DareNC.com/PublicWorks for further information.
How do I dispose of a camper or vessel?

How can I find out if my trash collection schedule has changed?

Customers can go to www.DareNC.com/PublicWorks to sign up for Email Alerts for Trash Collection Schedule. We also mail out a pamphlet every January to property owners in Dare County listing year round trash collection schedule, holiday schedule, large item schedule, information on the Manns Harbor and Buxton Transfer Station and Recycling centers locations.
