Candidate Filing for the 2024 Statewide Primary
The candidate filing period for statewide primary election begins at noon on Monday, December 4, 2023, and will end at noon on Friday, December 15, 2023. Candidates whose notices of candidacy were accepted will be on the March 5, 2024 primary ballot.

Candidate Qualifications:
Unless otherwise specified, all candidates must be registered to vote in the state, be qualified to vote in an election for the office sought, and 21 years of age by the date of the election. To find the specific requirements for certain offices, visit General Candidate Requirements.
