Fire/Fall Prevention Workshop

John Risoldi from the Kill Devil Hills Fire Department will be presenting a fire prevention workshop followed by a falls prevention discussion and balance assessment with Aubrey Remige.  Falls are the leading cause of fatal and non-fatal injuries among older adults age 65 and over in the United States.  One third of people over 65 and older fall each year.   If you would like to learn more about preventing fires and falls call 475-5644 to register for this workshop.
