The Dare County Library, in conjunction with our local Police Departments, are offering safety talks in March.  Topics will include General Security and Fraud Prevention.  These talks will be held in-person and online via Zoom. 

Manteo Library:  Thursday, March 21, 2024, 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
