Dare County and the Outer Banks Association of REALTORS®will host a community conversation on property insurance at 6 p.m. on Thursday, November 2, 2023, featuring two keynote speakers: Gina Hardy, CEO of the North Carolina Insurance Underwriting Association, and Joann Biliouris, general manager of the North Carolina Rate Bureau. 

Members of the public are encouraged to attend this free event, which will be held in the Dare County Board of Commissioners meeting room, located adjacent to the Dare County Administration Building at 954 Marshall C. Collins Drive in Manteo.
