FREE WELLNESS SCREENINGS WITH OUTER BANKS HEALTH

Outer Banks Health will be on-site offering free wellness screens. Wellness screens include
blood pressure, heart rate, cholesterol, blood sugar, body mass index and health coaching. To reserve an appointment time, call 252-449-4529. We may be able to see walk-ins but
appointments are recommended.
