Detective Rigler has 13 years of law enforcement experience in Dare County. He has served as a Patrol Officer and Patrol Sergeant in Duck, NC for 10 years as well as a Patrol Officer and Detective for Kitty Hawk, NC for 3 years. Det. Rigler graduated from The Citadel: Military College of South Carolina with a BA in Criminal Justice and is a veteran of the US Army National Guard. 

In this presentation he will highlight common financial scams, ways criminals collect our compromised information, and how to avoid being a victim.
