The Dare County Board of Commissioners conducts regularly scheduled meetings throughout the year. Meetings are generally held on the first Monday of the month at 9:00 AM and the third Monday of each month at 5:00 PM. Occasionally this schedule is adjusted to accommodate holidays and there are a few months each year when only one meeting is held.

Meetings are held in the Board of Commissioners meeting room adjacent to the Dare County Administration Building, 954 Marshall C. Collins Drive in Manteo. Entrance to the Commissioners meeting room and ample free parking is available between the Administration Building and the Dare County Justice Center.

The DCPFC will Adopt Resolution of the Board of Directors of Dare County Public Facilities Corporation Authorizing the Execution, Delivery and Sale of Limited Obligation Bonds, an Installment Financing Contract Between Dare County Public Facilities Corporation and the County of Dare, North Carolina, and Approving the Form and Substance, and Authorizing the Execution and Delivery of Certain Documents and Instruments Necessary to Carry Out the Financing. The group will also review and approve minutes of the previous meeting and any and all matters as may be considered necessary and relevant.
