The Board will conduct a public hearing on September 7, 2021 at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as practicable, concerning the approval of the execution and delivery of an installment financing contract in a principal amount not to exceed $13,000,000, under which the County will make certain installment payments in order to (a) pay the costs of beach nourishment projects in Duck, Kill Devil Hills, Kitty Hawk and Southern Shores and improvements to the County's Justice Center and (b) pay the costs associated with entering into the Contract.
