Pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. § 131E-13(d)(5), the Dare County Board of Commissioners (the “Board”) is providing notice that the Board will conduct a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on April 19, 2021, in the Board of Commissioners meeting room adjacent to the Dare County Administration Building located at 954 Marshall C. Collins Drive in Manteo.  The purpose of the public hearing is to hear comments related to the proposals to purchase the assets of Dare Home Health & Dare Hospice (the “Proposals”).  As of Friday, April 2, 2021, the Proposals will be made available for public inspection on weekdays, during normal business hours, in the County Manager’s Office located at 954 Marshall C. Collins Drive, Room 286 in Manteo, NC 27954.    All interested parties will be heard at the public hearing. The meeting is available on the County’s YouTube Channel at:  www.youtube.com/darecounty.
