Pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. § 131E-13(d)(3), the Dare County Board of Commissioners (the “Board”) is providing notice that the Board will conduct a public hearing regarding the Board’s Resolution of Intent to sell or otherwise convey its home health and hospice agency, Dare Home Health & Dare Hospice (the “Agency”) in a manner that ensures the continued provision of quality health care to the community it serves, which resolution was approved at the Board’s regular meeting on February 1, 2021.  The public hearing will be conducted during the Board's regular meeting, which begins at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, March 1, 2021, in the Board of Commissioners meeting room adjacent to the Dare County Administration Building located at 954 Marshall C. Collins Drive in Manteo.
