The special meeting will be held in lieu of the canceled regular May 27, 2020 meeting. The purpose of the special meeting includes, but shall not be limited to, participating in deliberations, or voting on or otherwise transacting the public business of the Dare County Airport Authority pursuant to the following agenda items, as well as any other lawful purpose for which may come before the Dare County Airport Authority: Purchase Contract Parcel #024268091, Presentation of Proposed Budget, Potter & Company, PA Audit Contract, Appointment of Selection Committee, Consent Agenda, reports from the Airport Engineer, Airport Chair, Airport Director, Airport Attorney and Airport Authority Committee Chairs.
