Dare County is undertaking a refunding of outstanding debt which may include certain maturities of 2012B, 2012C, 2012D, 2013A, and 2014 Limited Obligations Bonds and the 2015 Certificates of Participation. The County has requested approval from the NC Local Government Commission which will meet May 5, 2020. The initial Resolution is on the Board of Commissioners April 6 agenda. In connection with the LGC request and the Board resolution, the following Sworn Statement of Debt is filed in the Commissioner’s office:
