VA Form 10-10143g - Non-VA Hospital Emergency Notification

If you have VA healthcare and need to go to the emergency room, VA rules state you're supposed to notify the VA within 72 hours of your visit.  Sometimes veterans are unable to get through to the VA, may forget or might not even know this rule.

There is a form that you can have on hand to take with you in these emergencies, VA Form 10-10143g - Non-VA Hospital Emergency Notification.  You can also let the hospital know of the form and they should be able to download it.  In some cases, hospitals will notify the VA but, just in case, a veteran might want to have this form on hand to avoid receiving a bill.  This form can be found at the following link:

  • Introduction: Morgan Family Dentistry is offering free fillings and tooth extractions for all veterans on November 8th 2019.

Morgan Family Dentistry is offering free fillings and tooth extractions for all veterans on November 8th 2019. Services will be provided at 153 Worth-Guard Road in Coinjock, NC. Patients will be seen on a first-come-first serve basis from 8:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. 

Dr. David Morgan, Dr. Frank Bald, and Dr. Pat Morgan are putting on this clinic to show their appreciation to the men and women who have given so much during their service to our country. 

Veterans will need to bring proof of service and a list of current medications. Patients will also need to provide the name and phone number of their current health care providers. Individuals who take blood thinners or have replacement joints need to call the office Thursday, October 24, 2019 at 252.453.2181.
