The Committee will meet to select the Construction Manager at Risk for the Animal Shelter construction project; to review the College of the Albemarle contract with Boomerang Design; to complete and review the proposed 2020 Capital Improvements Planning requests (CIP); and to make recommendations to the Board of Commissioners as appropriate.
