At this meeting the Dare County Board of Health and Human Services will vote to rescind the Rules Governing Free Standing Restaurant Establishments. The reason for this action is that these establishments were previously regulated by local rules.  They are now regulated by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture. Therefore, the local rule is redundant as regulation is provided by the state agency.
