The Dare County Airport Authority meets on the last Wednesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. in the airport terminal conference room.

The mission statement of the Dare County Airport Authority is to manage the operation, maintenance and improvement of air services and facilities for the use, convenience, and benefit of the air traveling public. The Dare County Airport Authority shall seek to improve the economy, safety and welfare of Dare County and shall endeavor to be the leading provider of Airport Services in Eastern North Carolina.
