Dare County will host an informal community meeting on Wednesday, August 16 at 6:30 p.m. at the Fessenden Center in Buxton to discuss the recent power outage.

 This forum will provide an opportunity for citizens, business owners and property owners to share their experiences with County officials.  In addition, information regarding assistance for individuals in need will be available.

 A majority of the members of the Dare County Board of Commissioners may be in attendance.  However, no official Board action will be taken at the Community Meeting.
