TOPS- Taking Off Pounds Sensibly

  • Introduction: TOPS is a nationally recognized program that helps people to take off and maintain weight loss.
The Dare County Center hosts a TOPS weight loss support group. This nationally recognized program helps people with similar weight loss goals to sensibly take off weight and also maintain weight loss. The group will have weekly support meetings and welcomes anyone over the age of 7. Meetings will be held on Thursdays from 6-7 p.m.
