Scout Pack/Troop 116 of Kill Devil Hills will be holding their annual flag retirement ceremony Monday, November 11 at 6:00 pm. This ceremony instills respect for the flag in our young generation of scouts, as well as promotes patriotism. Everyone is invited...the event will be held at Camp Emmanuel in Colington (245 Williams Drive, Kill Devil Hills). Please arrive by 5:30 pm and bring any flags you would like retired.
