The Dare County Parks and Recreation Department is committed to providing quality parks and recreation facilities, programs and leisure opportunities for the people of Dare County. We offer a variety of affordable programs and activities for individuals and families. Parks and Recreation programming is separated into three divisions to accommodate the county's unique geography: the Roanoke Island/Mainland Division, Northern Beach Division and Hatteras Island Division.

Mahjong

Mahjong- beginners and experienced players welcome

Thursday at 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Please join us for our first official day of play. We will try to group folks together according to playing ability and we can teach beginners.  If you have a set, please bring it with you, and if you are experienced enough to help others learn to play. If you have a Mahjong set, please bring it with you!
