In partnership with the Dare County Department of Health & Human Services, the Outer Banks Woman's Club sponsors the Angel Gift Program for children whose parents require assistance during the holiday season. This charitable project ensures that eligible children have a complete Christmas with requested toys and other needed items.

To help make a child smile this Christmas, you can take an angel from one of the Angel Trees located at the Manteo Library between November 2, 2024 and December 2, 2024 and purchase the gifts listed on the angel.
