The Dare County Parks and Recreation Department is committed to providing quality parks and recreation facilities, programs and leisure opportunities for the people of Dare County. We offer a variety of affordable programs and activities for individuals and families. Parks and Recreation programming is separated into three divisions to accommodate the county's unique geography: the Roanoke Island/Mainland Division, Northern Beach Division and Hatteras Island Division.

WARRIOR Strength

This is WARRIOR Rhythm minus the weights and HITT tracks. This class will feature sun and moon salutations as well as building a flow all choreographed to a variety of upbeat music.
