Chair Aerobics
Class Length: 30 minutes
Instructor: Aubrey Remige
This class is an aerobics class designed to improve cardiovascular fitness and strengthen muscles. Many of the exercises in this class are based on falls prevention exercises and training. The class will include strength exercises, standing exercises, balance exercises, and light weight training. All aerobic activities will be seated. This class is suitable for people of all abilities and fitness levels.
Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. It is a great practice for everyone, as it deepens flexibility and strengthens personal body awareness. This class is suitable for people of all abilities and fitness levels.
Comfort Cardio
Class Length: 1 hour

Comfort Cardio is a way of breathing, walking and moving the body how you can with what energy you have, with intention to ease the pressure of life.
Based on an ancient Chinese non-martial art, Bagua-Chigong, walking in a perfect eight ft circle, causes our body energy to cycle in the direction we walk, clockwise and counter-clock-wise. The intentional movements combined with a specific breathing practice, increase circulation of fresh blood, oxygen, and nutrients that massage our internal organs, relieve pressure in joints, relaxes and tones muscles, increase motor skills, and calms the mind.
The eight ft circle is etched onto our Therapeutic Mat, and gives you tactile feedback through the feet while walking.
Improvement Through Movement
Class Length: 45 minutes
Instructor: Lisa Minerich
This class will focus on movement that improves range of motion, flexibility, balance, posture, function and positive energy. The class will include seated and standing exercise and can be modified for individual needs. All are welcome!
Jazz Dance
Class Length: 45 minutes
Instructor: Gloria Lawrence
The class is based on a traditional jazz dance class, including warm ups, floor work, dances and cool downs. The music ranges from 60's to current, rock to country and disco to Broadway. This class is suited to anyone who has danced before or anyone who has always wanted to learn to dance.
Senior Strength, Cardio & Core
Class Length: 1 hour 15 minutes
Instructor: Aubrey Remige
This class combines all of your favorite aspects of fitness and puts them together into one solid workout! The first twenty minutes consists of light weight training followed by 40 minutes of classic aerobics, then class ends with 15 minutes of floor core exercises and stretching. This class is perfect for beginners with no prior aerobic experience but also provides opportunity for more experienced participants to work at higher intensity levels.
Step Interval Training
Class Length: 1 hour 15 minutes
Instructor: Aubrey Remige
If you still love step aerobics this class brings what you love but with a modern twist! The first twenty minutes of the class consists of light weight training followed by 40 minutes of interval aerobic training using a fitness step. Class ends with 15 minutes of floor exercises and stretching. Familiarity with step terminology is helpful but not necessary. This class is designed for participants with prior aerobic exercise experience and advanced fitness levels.
Yoga
Class Length: 1 hour
Instructor: Aubrey Remige
This class is a traditional hatha yoga class designed to increase flexibility and draw the attention inward. The class can be as gentle or as challenging as you care to make it and the poses will include deep muscle stretches, strength exercises, standing exercises, seated and lying floor stretches, and balance exercises. Often movements will flow from standing to seated to prone postures throughout the class, participants will need to be able to get down to the floor and back up to standing comfortably.
Zumba Gold
Class Length: 1 hour

Zumba Gold is great for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Have fun dancing, smiling and laughing while getting healthy.
