Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Participants will rest lying on the floor and the reiki practitioners will place their hands lightly over areas of the body. Please remember to wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to lie on the floor by bringing a yoga mat, blanket, bolster or pillow. If you are not comfortable lying on the floor, please let us know when you are registering for the class and a chair will be provided for you.
